he purpose of the St. Paul Care Network (SPCN) is to ensure that any member going through a difficult season does not face it alone. With an established network of care services and volunteers, we stand mobilized to help carry each other’s burdens. Using our gifts, talents, and time allows us to live out St. Paul-Skokie’s Mission Statement:
